The Darkness That Comes Before trilogy has cult-like status to people around the world. One of the most challenging projects I've ever worked on, I still hear from fans of the books and the recording. Like this one from Henok of Sweden:

You are such an talented narrator. I should know I have listened to enough audiobooks. When I listened to the new narrator to [sic] Bakker books, it feels like a great treasurehas been lost. It was heart breaking. You breathed life into that book and made it more amazing than it already was. It feels like the book ended for me when you stopped reading it!
I just wanted to take the time and commend you for the great work.
I don't know why theyswitched to another narrator but I would give anything to hear the rest of the books read by you. I know that's probably not possible but, I just wanted you to know that.
